Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of this website and the booking of nutrition consultations provided by Anri Kruger (“I”, “me”). For contact details and provider identification, see the Impressum. For data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

1. Services

I provide nutrition consultations in English. Services are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for advice from a licensed physician. If you have a medical condition, always consult your doctor before implementing nutritional changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation. Persons under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking and Payment

Appointments are arranged via the contact form or email and confirmed by email. Prices are in EUR (€) and are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Payment details and due dates are communicated in the booking confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer concluding a distance contract (§ 312c BGB), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB). The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, send a clear declaration (e.g. by email) to info@anrinutrition.com.

If the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal (§ 357(8) BGB).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service has been fully performed and performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 356(4) BGB).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full consultation fee.

6. Refunds

Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice: full refund within 14 days. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent, except where required by law. This obligation continues after the consultation relationship ends.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content and consultation materials are owned by Anri Kruger and protected by applicable copyright laws. Personalised nutrition plans are for your individual use only and may not be shared or redistributed without prior written permission.

9. Amendments

I may update these Terms for future bookings. The current version is always available on this page. For existing bookings, the Terms in force at the time of booking apply.

10. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision that most closely reflects its commercial intent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
