(b) Contact form and email

When you use the contact form or email us directly, we process:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Selected service (contact form only)
  • Message content

Purpose: responding to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries)

(c) Spam protection (ALTCHA)

The contact form uses ALTCHA, a self-hosted proof-of-work mechanism. The challenge is solved on your device; no personal data is shared with third parties and no cookies are set.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing spam).

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR.

3. Recipients and Processors

  • Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) — website hosting. Processes technical data (IP addresses, access logs). EU content is served from European edge locations. DPA · Privacy Policy
  • Resend, Inc. — email delivery for contact form submissions. Processes name, email address, and message content only. DPA · Privacy Policy

Data Processing Agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place with both processors.

4. International Data Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to the United States (Vercel, Resend). These transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies and does not access information stored on your device. No analytics, marketing, or tracking technologies are employed. No cookie consent is required under § 25 TTDSG.

6. Fonts

Google Fonts (Inter and Playfair Display) are self-hosted at build time via Next.js. No requests are made to Google servers when you visit this website.

7. SSL/TLS Encryption

All connections use SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise a secure connection by the https:// prefix and the lock icon in your browser.

8. Data Retention

  • Contact inquiries: deleted within 6 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless a contractual relationship arises.
  • Tax-relevant documents and contracts: 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).
  • Server logs (Vercel):approximately 30 days per Vercel's retention policy.
